This luxurious villa quickly became a standout project for us. We lucked out with the clients; from the very start, discussing references revealed our shared tastes. Their desire was for a simple, minimalism style interior design for the villa, blending Eastern decor into the architectural plan. It posed a fascinating challenge, pushing us, as architects, to delve into Eastern design elements to merge them seamlessly with premium, modern minimalism aesthetics

The interior is infused with southern motifs. When developing the design project, we aimed to add depth to the space by expertly intertwining various textures in each room. Special attention was given to the 'majlis' — a place for gatherings and conversations following Eastern traditions. Working with such a space for the first time became an exciting adventure for us.

In the project, we actively utilized natural marble with unique textures. Oman is a primary supplier in the natural stone market, which inspired us to explore local materials. The outcome is a truly minimalistic Eastern interior, a harmonious blend of historical essence and modernity.
