In one of our most challenging residential projects, we had an exciting challenge: our clients bought an apartment with high ceilings, intending to use our interior space planning services in order to divide the space into two levels. The primary challenge arose from the low windows on the first level, which could deprive the second floor of natural light.
Our clients dreamed of a full-on kids' zone upstairs—bedroom, workspace, storage, and a bathroom. To brighten up rooms on the second floor, we carefully placed all living spaces on one side and added floor-to-ceiling glass dividers facing the windows. Yes, even the bathroom upstairs got its own window!
We crafted about ten layout variations, presented through axonometric projections to visually highlight their advantages and assist clients in selecting the most optimal solution for their space. The result was the creation of a truly bespoke design project that perfectly incorporated all client preferences, merging aesthetics and functionality seamlessly!

In an 83-square-meter area, we meticulously arranged a full kitchen-living space, incorporating a workspace, a guest bathroom, a hallway, and a master section housing a laundry room, bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe. Prior to initiating any renovations, obtaining official approval for the spatial layout posed a considerable challenge. We had to carefully consider the positions of all wet areas, the limited space on the second level, and the fundamental ergonomics while planning the furniture arrangements.
