During the design of this villa, we focused on several key goals: to fit all essential family functions without increasing the overall area, and to create a private, comfortable space with a terrace and enough shade for everyday life in a hot climate.
The house is built as a sequence of horizontal volumes, balanced with cantilevers that protect from direct sunlight, create shaded areas along the façade, and allow outdoor spaces to be used as naturally as the interior.
The main architectural feature of the project is a sculptural cantilever. We intentionally made the ground floor feel more solid, while the upper level is lighter and more transparent, visually softening the transition between the façade and the roof.

By organizing the spaces vertically, we were able to create a private inner garden — an important element for living in the UAE climate.
The façade is finished with warm-toned plaster, combined with honey-colored wood and black metal accents. These materials are practical, durable, and easy to maintain.
The result is a modern villa in Dubai that combines thoughtful planning, climate-sensitive design, and a clear architectural language — a space designed for comfortable living and long-term relevance.
