The clients for this project are fans of sleek lines and absolute minimalism. They approached our studio to create modern contemporary design project for their apartment. It proved to be quite a challenge for us. Squeezing in a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, two separate children’s rooms, a hall, and two bathrooms within such modest square footage was no walk in the park, was it?

First and foremost, our designers meticulously worked on the layout solution for this home. It was a real battle for every centimeter, but it was worth it. Each family member received their own personal space, and we even remembered the family’s beloved French bulldog.

The color palette in the project is nearly monochromatic. The client prefers soft tones, and that’s precisely what we played with. Black was almost entirely excluded. All storage is concealed in built-in closets to maintain clean lines. It was crucial to eliminate everything unnecessary to keep the space open. This project is a skillful blend of functionality and style within limited space.
